Hanging using a head enlargement vacuum pump ???

Ok so before going to sleep last night this I was thinking how I could hang long periods (overnight ?) without worrying about circulation. This is what I came up with.

Use a head enlargement vacuum pump like this and just attach weights to it.

Perhaps much smaller so the head only has to expand to normal size, and longer so more of the shaft is grabbed.

My reasoning is this, since you are griping by using vacum and not restricting blood flow you should be able to hang much longer than by using a normal hanger; there might be a limit though since the old blood will restrict how much fresh blood can enter.

I need input on this so please respond.

I wouldn’t recommend it personally.

Remember that with hanging you want to grab the internal structures of the penis and stretch those. If you hung this way, even if blood flow isn’t impaired (which I think it would be over time.) you will be pulling on the glands and sensitive nerves within, which is not good for them of the health of your penis.

Too many things to go wrong. PE should never be done while you sleep.

I am puzzled, to this day I don’t think I can pull on the ‘internals’, is it because i’m uncircumzied ? I have found that pulling the foreskin all the way back allows me to get a good grip.

I am pretty sure I’ve been hanging mostly by my glands, but the stretch is felt most deep in the base and along the shaft, and some in the head (on the left side since I have curvature ).

I would be careful leaving your penis in a vacuum for too long, I had an incident due to hanging during my sleep and ended up with a circular, bright purple love bite or hicky at the tip of my glans which took a week to go away.

I wasn’t using the vacuum device that you describe but a G-flex weight attachment sleeve from https://www.thegrip.com . I put it on without washing it or my penis with normal soap then drying them both completely (which prevents the sleeve from slipping) and the slippage caused a strong vacuum at the tip, the pain eventually woke me up.

I haven’t had this problem since and have found that putting a foam cylinder at the tip of the sleeve and compressing it with the tip of my penis reduces the vacuum.

I regularly wear it for up to 7 hours during my sleep hanging 1.6kg or 3.5lbs from the end of the bed, the only disadvantage is the discomfort you get during erections, the sleeve gets tight!

In the morning your dick looks huge, hanging nice and low.

I think the idea is a sound one, but the practicality of it is much more difficult. In essence you need to get the head to stay large enough to not slip out, whilst keeping the vacuum lower than the pressure of the blood circulating. That means pretty low vacuum levels, and that particular device looks to be gripping on the shaft which will cause some restriction.

How long have you been doing this? Is it working for you?

I do this to help complete the 9 hours per day recommended by the manufacturers of my extender.
I found it to be a bad idea to wear my extender out in public so after work I usually have from 6pm until bedtime (midnight) to wear it at home.
1.5kg is the traction force you get with an extender so hanging 1.5kg in bed is the same.
An advantage of hanging in bed is that it is possible to sleep, you don’t notice anything attached to you after the initial stretch and the penis seems to stay warm unlike when it is in the extender. The higher HGH levels at night might be an advantage although I’m only guessing.
It is easy to do on business trips too, I usually hang my 1.5kg wash bag attached to a shoe lace and my G-flex sleeve, from the end of the hotel bed.

I have been using my extender and sleep hanging for 3.5 months and have grown 1/2” in length (BPEL)

Were you already doing some form of PE before getting the G-Flex? or are you doing any other supplemental exercises?

If 1/2” is in addition to existing gains then that sounds pretty good, but I’m wondering at the moment whether traction devices produce better results for newbies or if they take a while to kick in for newbies (since elastic tissues might protect from the growth response somewhat (just playing with ideas here).

I do 10 minutes of manual stretching before wearing the extender and sometimes instead of masturbating I do up to 45mins of Dr.Lins ballooning techniques.

I think that naturally I would have a 6 incher without PE, as a teen and before I knew anything about PE I used to do as many erect kegels as possible, I grew to 6.5”. Then I gained another inch with a vacuum pump and some girth with Dr.Lin’s ballooning techniques. I stopped gaining for a few years so I decided to try something new - traction, the results on the manufacturers sites seemed promising.
I was disappointed by early results until I modified my extender to use the G-flex instead of the noose and slowly but surely I started gaining (around 3.5mm per month). I rarely total less than 7 hours of traction per day, the night hanging is a big help.
I expect to continue doing this for up to 2 years more to achieve my goal of 10”. In extender trials, average growth was close to 5mm per month so it seems like I’m a slow grower.

It doesn’t sound that far behind what Jes claim. There are two things I’m wondering about though:

1. Whether 12 hours per day (as per the Jes trials) would be the same as 6 hours per day for twice as long. It may be the case that the ratio between time under tension compared to time not under tension plays a role (just guessing here).

2. Whether hanging 1.5kg over the bed is the same as hanging free weight, due to friction over the edge of the bed. A cheap fish scale should be able to answer that one.

I know that with the weight I’ve recently started using on a traction device that hangs over a hook, the pull varies quite a lot from the friction on the hook, despite it being very polished. It’s as if the amount of force to keep the weight still is a lot less than the force needed to lift it up higher.

On the Jes site they have a “your new size” calculator, this is based on the fastest grower in their trials - a freak who grew 7.5mm per month! twice my speed.
I find it unbelievable that anyone could wear a noose based extender for 12 hours per day, every day, it is just so uncomfortable, after only 1 hour it usually becomes unbearable.

1.Since the extender growth/time graphs have linear results your first point is probably right and a much more intelligent way of doing it (unless you’re a masochist!)

2. The advantages of low weight hanging are the safer, longer hanging periods, I read on “the Grip” website that cell division takes 8 hours to complete, so just keeping the penis in the stretched position will keep the inter cellular gaps open long enough for the new cells to fill them. I think that the amount of weight (and therefore fluctuations due to friction) isn’t that important so long as the penis is comfortable and extended to it’s maximum.

The 10 minutes of manual stretching I do at the beginning are probably enough to open these inter-cellular gaps, I read somewhere that your hand can exert up to 15kg of traction force.

You asked so here it is. I think it’s one of the worst ideas I’ve ever heard. Are you actually willing to chance cutting off circulation and causing unrepairable damage that will cause your dick to slowly rot and fall off or part of it rot and fall off? ALL PE exercises should be constantly monitored which isimpossible while you’re sleeping. Have you ever seen a rotting dick on a live human being before? No? Then try doing what you’re suggesting and you more than likely will. I don’t mean to beat you up. I just want you to to realize this isn’t some game or novelty. There really could be some very serious consequences to your experiments. The things that everyone posts about here are indeed experiments. None of what is mentioned here has been tested in a clincial scientific setting. Be very careful with what you’re doing please. Your dick may not live to regret it.

I agree with you Stretchin, any exercise that cuts off circulation should be avoided, such as wearing extenders with a noose.

After discovering what a crap design mine was, I almost gave up wearing it after a month. I started looking for an alternative and found a few PE device sites that manufacture pulleys for night stretching in bed, they all used latex condom-like weight attachment sleeves.

Someone must have experimented enough to prove their safety and the simplicity of their design appealed to me, there is no localised restriction and the latex expands with the penis.

As I said before, I modified my extender to replace the noose with a latex sleeve and constantly monitored for any incidents but soon realised that I could wear it comfortably for many hours without problems. It also stays in place and keeps a constant traction force unlike the noose which would loosen all the time.

A vacuum blister appears at the tip of the glans but doesn’t stay for long, it disappears immediately after an erection so it isn’t really a problem.

Almost 4 months of using it and I’ve only had that one incident due to an unwashed dick and sleeve ( see earlier post)

I tried “The Grip” system and in 9 months chalked up 415 hour of hanging 6 to 8 lbs of wts (all awake of course). The vacuum attachment seems ideal, but after all of those hours my skin seemed to blister more and more on the glans. So I finally gave up on it. If there were some way to cut down on the vacuum it would not blister, but then it might not hold tight enough.
