Missed this thread initially, good idea 32. I also used some totalman stuff and can say it got to me, in the UK, within 8 days (might have been 7) and postage was reasonable. There was no customs charges.

This can be connected to the hanger via the pulley with a piece of chord. Choose whatever size you need. If you want to put weightlifting weights on then get a large one. Or if you want to hang a bucket to put weights into them go smaller.

Is only the aroma heat pad enough to reach 41c?

Take the heating element (pad) out of the belt.

As 32 said, just cut the belt off and leave only the heating pad section. It wraps quite nicely then. I use the velcro from the battery part to secure it.

Totalman also does bundles if you can’t be bothered buying stuff separately. This the one I have didn’t really see a point in a pulley.

I’m having an exceptionally hard time finding the answer to this after scouring many threads. It could be the case that I’m misunderstanding something. Please let me know if I should ask this elsewhere.

Advertised with the Thermedic FIR Heatpad is a ‘Hydrogel Pad’ that seems to be sold separately from the device. Are people applying this ‘Hydrogel Pad’ when using the Thermedic Heatpad? Or are the majority of people applying the Thermedic FIR Heatpad without the Hydrogel Pad?

The Roscoe Medical sales pitch video on several websites accompanying the Thermedic Heatpad demonstrates putting the Hydrogel Pad on first before the Thermedic Heatpad.

I cannot parse what other people have been saying about the Thermedic Heatpad and the Hydrogel Pad, but pictures I’ve seen show that the Hydrogel Pad is NOT being used to ‘Hang with FIRe.’
