I hang 14 hours a week, everyday, I’ve been hanging for over a year now. EVERY SINGLE DAY. I’m nearly 40 and currently hang around 14lbs. 4 sets of 30 minute increments.
Hanging is not dangerous if you’re not stupid. I started at 5lbs and slowly increased my hanging weight by 1/4lb when I got used to it. Pull on your dick and you’ll realize that you exert far more than the mediocre weight you hang from.
The only way I can see hanging actually being dangerous is if you either hang too much weight too fast or you don’t get the bloodflow moving once you’ve finished each hanging set. I think there are far more things you do to your penis in terms of diet and vices that harm it worse than hanging.
But I also look at it this way. I started out 5.25” a year ago, Now I’m 7.9”. So every can smack talk and whine about hanging because the truth is, they don’t want to do it. It’s really boring to sit down for two hours a day and load up my dick and have that dull pain every single day. Like I can’t do anything else until my hanging session is done. Yeah it sucks. So does going to the gym and trying to beat your max. But this is how you progress.
