What I did was lay flat on the bed with edge of my butt at the edge of the bed to let the weight hang and had my feet on something as tall as my bed. It is a very intense hang position. Then if you want to get more with the same weight just raise your knees up. That is intense BTC hanging and it doesn’t take much weight.
Dep- I would suggest you stay with SD and BTC hanging more than SO to max out gains. SO doesn’t stress the ligs as much.
