Good luck with the hanging. I suppose you use both hands, I don`t mean at once but right-left-right.. kind of way. Less fatigue this way.
BTW, I want to mention some positive aspects of belt hanging compared to hanger hanging:
-No numbness
-No cold dick
These are all considered negative indicators but I haven`t experienced them while belt hanging. 20 sets x 45 seconds. I suppose even doing 5 minute sets wouldn`t make that problem.
