This is very true. Is there an explanation? Are vascular gains easier to gain than lig gains?

The thing is with manual stretches you’d be suprised how much force one can use with there hands. You can use about 20-30 pounds of force with your hands in sets of 45 second to 3 minute imcriments which will yeild good results. Hanging takes the hands away from the equation and gives you a gauge on exactly how much force is being applied to your penis.

You’re a huge muscly black guy LOL I’m a skinny white guy, I really doubt we’re pulling at the same amount of force. The current weight I’m using is probably decent enough to get gains, but we’ll find out after this month if it’s working at all.

I don’t hang anymore, but think about it, your unit may need to repair it self. Best opportunity to try something. Hang with a lot of lower weight but enough to keep your unit taunt and not real heavy. Let the blood in and let things repair it self. Get it? This may produce growth. It is like stretching after a good workout, although, we are talking about ligs here and your dick. One of the biggest posted here is listen to your dick. Everything we do here is dangerous. Don,t fuck up your sex life for this, take it easy, and if you have to take a break, then do so. I feel at this point, try less weight to keep it stretched and allow it to repair itself with out the trauma

Here is my problem. I feel fatigue SD, my LOT is roughly at 6 so I need to hang SO or OTS which I do most of the time. Any suggestions on what I should do? Go for fatigue even though my LOT is low? I don’t get fatigued SO, I do how ever feel a good pull at the base right behind the sack so I guess that’s a good thing right? But no fatigue anywhere around there. Only SD, and I only feel that right behind the head{up to 2” behind it) is that normal? Shouldn’t I feel it in the ligs? Anyway sorry if I went off subject, I started a post about LoT and fatigue but haven’t had anyone reply so I thought Id’e get in here and see if I had any luck. Any help from you guys would be appreciated.

LOT has nothing to do with fatigue and is not considered a reliable theory anymore, that’s why Jal.

Thanks for the info Marinera. I understand LoT has nothing to do with fatigue, just didn’t know that LOT didn’t matter, so thanks for informing me. So only hang to where I feel the fatigue? Or should I still change it up? You know just to hit every angle or whatever.

Opinions vary on this subject. I think the best angle to hang is the one more similar to your erection angle, so SO. But, in all fairness, any angle will give you gains. Probably SD will improve more your FL than other angles, because it hits more your ligs.

Once again thanks for your reply, I guess I’ll just keep doing what I’m doing then. I just recently moved up to ten lbs and for the past two days I’ve felt a soreness on the left side of the shaft,I guess is what it’s called. Don’t know if you read the post I started but I stated that I have a curve to the left. I guess I’m doing something right then, stretching out the left side. Maybe It’ll straighten out some and give me some length as well.

Well I hang SD and my ligaments tend to get tired and achy which I classify as fatigue. I’m guessing you didn’t experience fatigue because of the angle you hung(hang) at.

Might I suggest that applying the “Divide and Conquer” approach? SD should be used with moderation.

The main positive angle of SO pulls the lower portion of the ligs and stretches the upper portion, but does so evenly that’s why it is tougher to get fatigue in SO. Add to this OTL’s and you’ll weaken the outside portion of the ligs which allows the center to respond the SO stress. If you can put some SU’s in your routine, you’ll probably see some “LOT” improvement.(not that i’m a believer in LOT theory).

I experienced fatigue and had to drop weights with BTC/SD, but with SO I just recenty started feeling fatigue after 5 weeks in the 4th set of the day at 6,5 kg. Still not so much that I have had to drop weights though.

And yes, I have gained since I started ;)

What is OTL?

You know, the other day was hanging and I decide to measure while hanging and it was like 8 or maybe alittle over.(SD) But all I have right now is one of those measuring tapes that you use on material. Need to get a hard one. Anyway once I do I’ll measure BPFSL and BPEL and post it. Do you guys suppose that the 8” that I measured SD will become erect gains after a few more months? Or does that only mean I’m getting flaccid hang length.

Hey Monty I’m a machinist so I move around a lot, do you think it would be possible to wear your weights while I work? I mean I do a lot of getting on and off of a forklift and bending etc. I have this extender from X4 labs and have tried wearing that but I get quite a few pinches on the jewels and not very comfortable with that much movement.

OTL = Over The Leg.

BPFSL tends to be a little longer than BPEL and may show potential gains. However, that you measure 8” SD BPFSL now obviously don`t mean that it will become erect gains in a few months. It might and it might not ;)

I am a carpenter and I use the golf weights, so it should work for you also. Just start with one ring and gradually increase the number of rings.

Ok yeah I kind of do that already,more to my right to stretch the left side. I’ve read on another post that It can become EL eventually right? As long as I keep doing what I’m doing thought right? That’s my goal, to get to 8” I think I have a little over an 1.250” to go. I only hang an hr a day and jelq 5 to 10 min between sets and on occasion pump after. Hopefully can reach this by the end of the year. Am going to try and get some weights soon
