I’ve also seen the guys at “Hardwear” selling steel rings.
IMO wearing rings is more like using an ADS. It’s a supplement to aggressive hand stretching & weight hang training. It allows you to keep your flaccid stretched while you recover from heavier, more intense work outs.

That said, you really can’t put that much weight onto your penis with steel rings, even if your flaccid is 7” + long, the most you could stack on wouldn’t amount to much more than 1.5 lbs.

I’ll be here when you want to graduate to “big boy” weight!
