Hangtime VS Weight
Hi. This is my first post. I have been hanging for about a month now.
I started out at 4 3/4” and was very upset and self-conscious about that until I found this forum. I am now at 5 1/2” erect (5 3/4” flaccid) and looking forward to hitting the 6” mark. I did not measure girth but can definitely see an overall difference in my size and a sense of pride starting to emerge:)
I have been steadily working up my weight and am now at 10 lbs. Although I can handle this weight tolerably, I can only do so for 2 sets of 20 minutes, where as before this I was doing 3 or 4 sets with less weight. I am just too sore after 2 sets to do a third so I leave it be.
My question is this..
Is it better for me to keep this weight and do only 2 sets, trying to work up to 3 or more, or should I drop weight in order to hang for a longer period of time?
Which will give me better results?
