So I started hanging a week ago using 5# 4 sets a day at 20 mins with 10 min heat rest in between. All good. This week ive gone up to 6#. Same sets. Im noticing during the part of the day when im not hanging the insides are kinda hard to the squeeze and its wanting to retract. What is that telling me? Thx

I am not sure what you mean by be8ng hard to squeeze, but turtling is a negative PI and an indicator that you are doing too much and overstressing your penis. You could back off your activity until you find activity level that does not cause you turtling and stay there for a week or so to let your penis become conditioned to the activity, then increase your activity, or not, as you choose.
