Have hangers actually gained?

Sure. 3/8” in six months.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

In earlier posts not just in this thread I see they recommended a 5 to 6 day routine and they were making gains.

What changed everybody’s mind to hang every day?

I only hang five days a week.

Too many people around on the week end, otherwise I might go straight through.

I’m not sure. I’d like to try though, but as I said the house is full most weekends.

I started about a month ago. I’m comfortably hanging 10lbs for 10-15 minutes at a time (I fit in a set whenever I can, but I’m on no real schedule). As others have mentioned, it can be difficult to do with a full house.

My hands have thanked me a lot since I’m stretching less now. It’s so much easier to relax and hang instead of having to pull all the time. My muscles are already sore from the daily gym routine. I have noticed much better gains since hanging than I was getting before so I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. I’m looking for my next official measuring update to show some decent growth. I know I’m definitely hitting points on the ruler that I never expected possible 6 months ago and hanging actually has given me more hope than I previously had. I’m using a homemade hanger + my silicon sleeves which is quite comfortable.

New to hanging advice

Hi , I’m new to hanging and I’m trying different ways to hang, I’ve not been consistent to be honest but rather tinkering about with various methods, whats comfy, easy to put on/take off etc etc.

Although I do have concerns as I have seen on the internet that hanging can damage the nerves in your penis? I see alot of people on here saying they hang every day and have gained and no mention of injury etc etc.

So my question is is it totally safe? And any advice on easy to put hangers?

I wouldn’t say it’s safe, but with dedication to warmup, proper wrapping, and maintaining a slow and steady approach to your routine, the risks are greatly minimized. Read as much as you can here and take advice from others when its offered.

hanging at one point got so boring to me, I increased my set length to 30 minutes. I’d rather do 4 sets and clock 2 hours than 6 sets. Don’t get me wrong, I love hanging but idle time is psychologically exhausting

Hanging progress.......... Difficult takes a day, impossible takes a week.

Yeah time seems to be the enemy most of all, what hanging device do you use?

So far I am gaining but my disclaimer is that I am getting back to the size of my youth. Whether blood flow, testosterone, fat pad, or a combination of all the above, my penis had gotten a lot smaller. So now my BPFSL through hanging is the same as 20 years ago. When BPEL is the same I will be a little happier and then a NBPEL of my youth will have me grinning because of my horrible fat pad. The pessimist in me won’t consider myself a true gainer until I go past the BPFSL and BPEL of my youth.
