Have I damage my little guy or what?

I have started to hang again in the beginning of September, I hope this time I will stay with this program. I have been disappointed that after two mounts of hanging with 12 lbs I did not gain anything. I have use the wrong routine hanging two quickly with too much weight. And my ligs became hard to brake.
Now my routine is Hanging BTC 2-3 sets x 20 min / day, with one day rest. I started with 6.6 lbs and after 14 days move up to 8,8 .I keep a rice sock all the time during hanging except for the last set. After hanging jelqging for 5 min and last, pumping 20-30 at 6 inch pressure. I use a home made hanger (have also the original Bib but is too big for me now)
During the night and all day until I start my routine, I ware a bandage which keeps my penis a bit longer that normally hang. This bandage permits the blood flow and to urinate.
Now I came to the point of my post.
I notice that the penis has a 25 degree deviation to the left. My question is, if this deviation is due to the ligs which are not equally stretched or, I have damage my little guy.
