Have I reached fatigue already at 2,9lb?
I have hung for over a month now and just increased weight from 2,3 to 2,9 pounds. I’m doing much BTC stretch and it felt pretty intense and then I got some “sharp” pain/ache about one inch left of where my penis exits the body. Might that be ligament ache? So I stopped the set at 18min and lowered weight to 2,3lb in the next set. Then I got pretty much ache again and stopped at 18min.
I have read bib’s post about riding fatigue and I guess tihs would be something in that way. But Isn’t the weight quite small to reach fatigue? Btw I’m using a vacuum-extender to hang with. When I do BTC I lie down on my bed with feet to ground and the weight straight down, maybe that is more intense then a BTC where you sit in a chair and just put up your legs.
And how should I continue my hanging journey, should I switch angle something, or just keep hanging BTC?
