Hi guys
Due to a number of factors I won’t be able to hang as much as I would like coming up here. Summer semester is only 11 weeks and I’m taking 4 classes. Got a house guest for the next week. And I have acquired a new lady friend.

Anyway, here’s the question: Should I try and hang ½-1 hour every day, 2 days off per week? Or should I hang as much as I can (1 or 2 hours) per day for 2 days per week.
I will of course TRY and stick with my 2+ hours per day, 5 days per week thing. Just want to have emergency backup plan figured out.

If it were me, I’d opt for the more but shorter sessions alternative. And I’d also make them fairly intense to really get the most out of them. For me, building on the previous day’s work, I feel, has been a very important factor in my gains. Caveat- you’ve been hanging for a while so you know your limits - respect them but push them within your safe boundary taking care to not over do it! It’s a fine line and if you’re not sure I’d recommend erring on the side of safety.
