Does the hanger promote girth as well, or do we need to continue to jelq along with hanging. I ask because i enjoy hanging (watch tv, read ect), as where I really have to concentrate and stay focused to keep the penis erect enough to jelq. Right now monday, wednes, fri- jelq, tues, thurs- hang. I would rather mwf- hang, tu, th-jelq. But I don’t want some long pin precker, “Can you loose girth by hanging and no jelqing.”

Yes and yes. You will probably gain girth toward the base, nothing toward the head. You need to continue to jelq for circulation. It does not have to be heavy or full erection. Just enough to return full circulation after hanging.

Then, after you gain all the length you wish, you can do Ulis for girth toward the head. This is the most efficient methodology.

No, you will not loose any girth by hanging under any circumstance I know of. Old wives tale. Very old.
