After a long time of lurking and reading about this stuff, I decided to give the bib starter a try. This is my routine.tell me if I’m doing it right:

1. Wrap using that foam ace bandage stuff
2. Attach hanger
3. Add 10 lb weight and chain
4. Get into the BTC position and watch southpark on my laptop
OR
Stand up with legs spread and play world of warcraft (I just bought it!)

I do the 20 min hang 10 min rest thing I read about on here

I’m hoping I can get growth like that one member I saw who gained like an inch in a month.

Anyway, I’m 6.75” EL and 5”EG (if I got the acronyms right)

I usually do this nightly routine for a few hours if I can, depending on if I am going out that night or not

And you have followed the Newbie routine and you have no more gains to eke out of that?

I don’t think starting off with 10 pounds straight off is the way to go.

I am so lost.someone point me in the direction of the acronym list. I don’t do the newbie routine because id rather hang. I tried it, but didn’t like it.

I thought I had tough ligs and tunica. Wow 10 pounds is a heck of a lot of weight. How are you attaching it to your penis ngophat? Aside from the chain I hope your using some sort of hanging device.

I got that bib starter device from bib’s website

You are risking a great deal by jumping straight into hanging at 10lbs.

Do the newbie routine for at least an entire month. Don’t say you weren’t told.

I think 10 lbs is way too much.

Anyway, whether you like it or not, you probably should start with the Newbie Routine for two months or so. It’s only for your own good. Even if later you’ll decide to go to hanging, it’s still important to get to know your penis, how it reacts to different things, and so on.

Also, regardless of your routine, do a warm down at the end as well.

I guess I see the whole take it slow thing, and maybe I am rushing, but I’m already up to 7” EL (not bone pressed). Only thing that doesn’t seem to be gaining any is the girth. I knocked it down to 7.5 lb so I can hang for almost as long as I want.

This could be bad to. I’ve found after 20 minutes or so, that numbness can set in. The real kicker is you may not actually feel numbness hitting you. Numbness is a sign of blood flow constriction, which can lead to permanent nerve damage. Make sure you warm your unit really good (this will help you hit fatigue faster), and no more than 20 minutes max. I start hitting fatigue around 10 minutes of my first set, and keep that fatigue going through 3 or 4 sets. Once you get experience you may be able to go longer if you know how to wrap good.

You need to take a step back, or your going to over-condition your penis to the point where only extreme weights are going to help your PE quest!

I’ve never gotten girth from hanging. I also did a good amount of jelqs along with my hanging.

The reason it’s so suggested that everyone start with the newbie routine is so you use the least amount of force to gain. Why is that important? As Hopeful pointed out, if you get extreme right away you’re going to condition your penis to a technique that you could have used after the newbie routine to gain even more. The newbie exercises are not on my hot list either, but they afford you time to figure out a lot of things about your penis. They also get easier as you get used to how they’re supposed to be done.

My humble opinion is that you stand a great chance to hit a early plateau if you try to weight lift with your penis on a hanger. That is, if you don’t injure yourself first.

Yeah it took me 6 months to get the less is more idea through my head. Its not so much doing less though, its about learning how to ride that fine line between not enough, and your penis being ripped off. Once I learned what fatigue felt like, and how my penis responded to various levels of fatigue, I turned things up a notch.

But I wasted six good months over-conditioning, and under-conditioning, before I learned what my body needed. I have one tough penis and I don’t know how you can start at 10 pound ngophat. Your one tough ombre man.

Look, your better off starting light and figuring out how to achieve fatigue and assessing how hanging affects your body.

Are you getting the 8-10 hours a week hang time?

I personally think that you need to do a bit more research on the technique and process of hanging - it is about milking each lb for what its worth and THEN upping the weight.
