Is there any way to get a general consensus for what is working. I have been doing a lot of reading and see that there are several diff types of hangers and techniques for hanging.

What I was hoping for was posts from people who have gained at least a half inch in Erect Length. I want to know what specifically they think helped in the way of hanging.. or if not then what did work for them.

I appreciate any and all feed back. Coming from the pharmaceutical industry I know that the law of averages works and have hopes to reduce my learning curve..

Its simple (but not easy)

1) order a bibhanger
2) document your beginning length
3) study the LOT theory
4) learn how to wrap/hang comfortably
5) slowly work your way up in weights/number of sets to get fatigue (soreness at base of penis)
6) grow!

I am embarrassed to say I can afford a bib hanger right now. But I am looking at one.

I am kind of shocked that more have not responded. I know there are people here who have gotten good gains, what have you used? Hanging? Jelqs?

If you can’t afford a bib, perhaps you could make a Captn’s Wench.

Talons, research and make a Captains Wench. I have been using one now for over 5 months and its a beautiful thing.

What worked? Fulcrum hanging.
What did not? Hanging according to my LOT.

T., I started with foam pipe insulation and a hose clamp and it did well for while, but was painful with higher weight. I then went to a Bib starter and was able to hang up 20lbs, but the Bib hanger was clamping down too hard on the underside of my penis and was causing alot of bruising. Now I’m using a Captain’s wench and it is working well at 12.5lbs. I had to use less weight because of what I thought was an injury, but I think it is a vein stretching instead. I’ve made a more narrow version of the Captain’s Wench, but have not tried it yet. The ligament on the top side of my penis is stopping my length progress and the Wench is helping me target this ligament because I can adjust the grip of the Wench to tighten more on the ligament and less on the underside of my penis like the Bib was doing. I believe the Bib starter may be too small for me and there simply wasn’t enough room for a good adjustment. When I started hanging three years ago I was just under 6” EBP and now I’m 7” EBP +/- 1/16th” either way depending on what I don’t know. Until recently all I did was hang straight down and have now started hanging straight out and getting a very nice pull on the ligament mentioned earlier. I feel sure I am on my way to a new length. My PE has been very sporadic and I should be well past 8” by now and finished with this stuff, but I have began anew in the past couple of months and am doing well. In a nut shell the Wench is what’s working for me right now. I’ll post new gains in six months. Hope I’ve helped.

Wench is great I hanged 17 lbs SD today. Thats the most I’ve ever done. You need ads too. Especially after a hanging session. If I we’re you I would skip girth until after you reach your length goal. The bigger your girth the more stress it takes to make length gains.

Andrew LOT didn’t work for me either.

How important is an ADS after hanging? Will you not see gains without it? I know when I was doing only manual exercises I gained and didn’t use an ADS.

It makes sense to me that an ADS is very important. You’re creating microtears and you don’t want them to heal “short”.

The wench is great it works the tunica and the ligs and it seems not to cause bruising. If I was you I would start hanging down and milk it for all the gains you can before trying any other kind of hanging. You can built a wench for about 10 bucks and have material left over for several others.

For some yes, for others, no.

Hanging is just like any other PE endeavour….you got to find the hanger that is right for you!

The nice thing about the wench is that you can make one pretty cheaply. If it doesn’t work, then you can spend more money on something else.
