I think this topic has been touched on several times before but the whole warm up cool down thing interests me. I noticed that 2in2002 only applies heat before hanging and for only half of the set. Is that to allow the ligs to cool down so that they don’t contract too much?
Do you think it would be a good idea to have this routine while hanging
5 mins apply heat warm up
10 mins hang with heat applied to ligs
5 mins hang without heat applied to ligs
1 min hang with cold pack applie to ligs
Has anyone tried this with any success?
what’s everyone’s thoughts on this?
