I had to put in a solid 0.0 hours every week before I noticed I was gaining. Thats when the gains started to come fast. Zero quarters of an inch every single month!! A Big, fat zero every month! Now I know why they refer to Zero as big and fat, I only hope you can make as good as gains as me.

Somewhere around 14 hours per week of high intensity work at the moment, plus traction wraps for like, 40 hours per week or something.

0.5” EL, nearly 4 years. I restarted full time PE after a few months off and have almost gained (uncemented, comes and goes) .25” FSL in the last 4-5 weeks, as well as regaining what I had lost.

I was up to 36 pounds BTC, but hanging SO with fulcrum my max is in the mid 20’s.

The first time I gained I think I was doing 2 hours a day split AM and PM plus 5-6 hours with the theraband stretcher. For the re-gains and recent FSL gain see above.

I hang 1 hour minimum daily,with some days up to 2.5.

I alternate between 10 min. sets of 11.5 lbs and 20 min. sets of 8.0 lbs, I feel strongly that 11.5 lbs is my max because it feels like my mid section has been beaten with a tree for 4 days now. I find that the fatigue is almost addictive because it feels like you ARE going to see results in the future and there is no question if you are working hard enough.

I have been hanging for a month and refuse to measure. I have noticed it feels bigger in my hand with an erection,and I was told “This shit isnt going to work” when I tried doggy style last week.

I do hang with a Bib Starter. He he, I thought you hangers were into S&M during my initial period of getting the adjustments and wrappings right. I am happy now that I know how to hang.

1 hour a day X 4 days a week = 4 hours. I also wear an ADS or traction wrap for 8 hours a day, every weekday, for a total 40 hours.

1” BPEL, 1” flaccid hang. Total time for 1” gain is 6 months.

5 pounds first two months, 10 pounds next three months. Currently using 15 pounds.
