How much weight are you using?

Mine’s currently only #11. I used to hang more, but my max weight has gone down. Bib is that because the next limiting factor for me is weaker than the last? Also, Bib you’ve mentioned on numerous occasions that hanging will increase base girth. Will that only occur if you’re max weight is itself a heavy weight? It would seem odd that if I make most of my gains without ever going over #25, say, that I’d experience over 1” in base girth.

I do believe this has something to do with it. On several occasions, I had to decrease my max weight for periods of time. The tissues simply could not handle my previous max weight. I believe you can term this a lowered next limiting factor.

I don’t think the weight makes any difference in this happening. I began to see an increase in base girth very early, while hanging less than ten pounds.

I am hanging 25 for three sets of 20 and NEVER feel sore, two years of dedicated and recorded PE with ZERO - yea “0” gain. Usally I’m steady 5 days a week, good warmups and end with a wrap for five or six hours later to facilitate healing in the longest position possible. Hasn’t worked yet.

I’ve done the ADS, and passives till I ached - till my skin was scaly and flakey, my girl didn’t care for the extra friction. She doesn’t ask questions, she’s smart enough to know something’s going on —- and smart enough not to ask!

There have been times after a huge hang and jelk that she mentioned I was meatier, but it all goes away…

Personally I consider myself a winner - with or without any PE gains.

The question is, why have you waited for two years to make a post about your problems? Rather than wait for someone to make a post that might help you, why don’t you give all the specifics of what you are doing, and maybe someone can suggest something that will help you directly.

What is your LOT and what angle are you hanging at? It might be that your ligs are already at their max and you need to work on the tunica.

Talian!!! You poor poor soul to have had to live through that traumatic shock!!! You’re a survivor!!! Man, yes - I use a wood AFB simple flat board hanger that I trust because I believe it will come off if tugged. I’ve lost it once with near 40 on there and I tell you —- letting go and surviving the recoil was mind blowing. Sixty pounds releasing would slingshot most men over the moon I’m sure. I’ts beyond Spielberg movie madness.

And Stevie, I can say that my eyes read 1/4 less than 7 the other day for the first time ever. I admit I was feeling tough that day and was left alone most the day to PE whenever. At the end of the day I had a tape on the table and reluctantly did check. Usually I’m reading the same under 7 reading, I am almost convinced that I’ve found the doorway.

My LOT - I’ve read it a few times in pieces - never done it.

Also, I’ve only hung successfully in the past year. My PE ventures were never as focused as now. I see these great success stories and know that it is not rocket science rather a simple structured routine for a few years then move to maintenance and very passionate coupling.

Posting my PE ventures have not been something that I’ve been comfortable with discussing. I’ve never been part of any on-line discussions never mind “PE”. I do appreciate your agression to assist, point taken. My next study will be the LOT and see where I measure out.

I started with 2-1/2 lbs. for a month then jumped up to 5 lbs and jumped up to 7-1/2 lbs.

Curiously, no gains yet after this last jump and it’s been 3 weeks. That’s why I just made my own penimaster to supplement the hanging.


Starting: 5 BPEL x 4.5 EG on 4/19/03

Latest: 6 BPEL x 5 EG on 2/17/04

Goal: 7 BPEL x 6 EG
