I am hanging 25 for three sets of 20 and NEVER feel sore, two years of dedicated and recorded PE with ZERO - yea “0” gain. Usally I’m steady 5 days a week, good warmups and end with a wrap for five or six hours later to facilitate healing in the longest position possible. Hasn’t worked yet.

I’ve done the ADS, and passives till I ached - till my skin was scaly and flakey, my girl didn’t care for the extra friction. She doesn’t ask questions, she’s smart enough to know something’s going on —- and smart enough not to ask!
There have been times after a huge hang and jelk that she mentioned I was meatier, but it all goes away…
Personally I consider myself a winner - with or without any PE gains.
