1. after about 6 weeks,
2. 2 pounds, a couple of 20 minute sets at first. I’m using a Capt’s Wench, wrapping with baby sock & grey theraband.
3. went to 3 pounds x 2 sets + 1 set of 5 pounds the second week of hanging. I’m on week 4 of hanging now, going to 5 pounds for 3 sets starting tonight. Five pounds x 20 minutes is a little “challenging”, but I’ve been watching the Olympics while I hang, so I have motivation. I just wish they wouldn’t show the women’s gymnastics while I’m in the middle of my routine. ;)
4. 1 month, barely. I hang for about 1 hour/night, about 5 nights/week.
5. Unknown. I’m using hanging as one part of a program including jelqing & stretching. I have also been using golf weights for an ADS since I started hanging.
