I am retiring from hanging for now - How do I cement my gains?

I could add that my BPEL is a solid 17,5 cm (7,0”), maybe slightly more. When I started hanging, I assume that’s what my BPFSL was as well, but it rather quickly increased to 19,0 cm BPFSL, where I seemed to reach a plateau.

I would be super happy if I can get a solid 18,0 cm BPEL after this, even happier with a 18,5 cm BPEL, but I’m trying to keep my expectations in check. :)

Man why hangers measure BPFSL and BPEL ? Wouldn’t fad pad increase/decrease gains ?

Why hangers don’t measure NBPFSL and NBPEL ?

I don’t think this has anything to do with hangers as a category.

BP is the most accurate measurement since it’s does not fluctuate with fluctuations in the fat pad.
