hmm, reading your routine of late I would suggest you consider the “less is more” approach for awhile. As others have mentioned, you may find success in just backing off for a bit: not stopping but cutting back.

I am closing in on 1.5” total bpel gain over my PE career which has spanned several years. There have been long periods where I have not stayed active but just did minimal maintenance manual exercises. This past Nov. I started up again with the intent to grow more but doing it stealth. My main routine is ADS with manual stretches. Using the ADS and daily manual stretches I gained 0.25” over the last 3 months and am continuing to gain. That may seem slow but I am fine with that speed considering I only stretch while in the car commuting to work and ADS during the work day.

I give my story only to help you see that there are lots of options out there and it may be good for you to look at some of them.

Don’t forget to use heat. Also you have to bump the weight up at some point. I don’t believe in hanging 40 pounds right out of the gate, but 5 pounds is pretty light at the same time. Once you’ve exhausted all other options, you have to move it up. Wrapping is equally important, and not all that difficult to master. Also don’t under tighten the hanger, if it isn’t tight enough you will just be stretching skin.

Hopefully it all works out for you bigbassman, just hang in there, (parten the punt) :) I my self, have had trouble over the years with no results. But I think that is through impatience & lack of knowledge. But since I’ve found Thunders Place & all You guys, the future’s looking brighter :)
