I hung hanged for the first time today.

12 1/2 pounds to start my final set today is agony so I will have to go down to 7 1/2 pound again.

I am happy that there is so much strain on my ligaments, maybe this means growth.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Put another 2 1/2 pounds on and it seems less sore now.

Ligaments are odd mechanisms.

First day of the seated fulcrum hang.

Five pounds to start. Feels light, but I will give it ten minutes and maybe go up a bit in weight.

I see you in almost every ED thread talking about your evening ED probs.

Now I know why… cause you are on a pretty intense hanging regime..easy stop it and go light for some days and you will see improvements rather fast..

Yeah, you are probably correct. I get a bit obsessive at times, especially when I’m anxious.

Yeah stress is a boner killer.
I wouldnt completely stop to not loose any length progress. Just switch to ADS, extender or some light manual stretches.
(Light pumping(espacialy light short cold water pumping) does wonders for EQ too.)

Fuck, tell me about it. I guess I poured my angst into hanging and failed to make the connection between an hour of hanging per day and ED.

I have been thinking about pumping as a new direction to take my PE, but for now I think that I will just do the msnusl stretching in the bath to preserve length.

Well, nearly two weeks of no PE and no porn and my EQ is through the roof.

My wife is in shock actually.

I Hung for the first time today.

Made myself a hanging device from ldpe pipe, roughly 40mm in diameter and roughly 50mm long. I made a cut through the one side and only partial cut on the other side so that it acts as a hinge. I attached a place to install the hanging ropes and voila.

I found myself a silicone swim cap and cut pieces to wrap with. I am currently using a worm drive pipe clamp to fasten with. However I am considering to change it, to much of mission to fasten an loosen. Plus the idea of a screwdriver which can slip and hurt my sack or rod is not on.

I started at a low weight of 2 pounds just to test. Seconds into hanging I started to feel the onset of a erection.. I removed clamp and hanger and gave it some time.. Later I gave it another go and this time worked.

The next day same type of thing happened. As soon as I started hanging, onset of erection.

I just wanted to know from anybody out there if this is normal. I suffer from not so good EQ. To be honest, to fill myself up with enough blood to be erect sometime takes so long that by the time I’m reasonably erect I am about to finish.

It’s perfectly normal. I think it happens because you’re excited of this ‘new thing’ you’re doing. Eventually, it will become routine and won’t happen any longer.

At 2 pounds, you shouldn’t worry too much about it, but make sure you get rid of this as you move on to higher weights (don’t be in a hurry!).

Your hanging set-up sounds a bit dangerous though. Be careful.

Appreciate the reply. Its been a couple of days now, its all ready become a bit more of a normal thing. I now start my sessions without any problems.

Thank you yet again, will keep it safe. I don’t have any experience with hanging. I’ve done some manual stretching and jelqing for some 4/5 weeks and decided to attempt hanging. Did a lot of reading up prior to hanging and must say my hanger is very comfortable. No pinching of skin or any other related issues.

You’re welcome.

Hanging is excellent if you have the time available to do it sufficiently. For most people starting out it’s better to focus on manual stretches since they will give you just as good gains with much less effort. Then you can introduce hanging when gains start slowing down.

Of course, a really smart guy might combine stretching and hanging.
