I'm Reaching Fatigue But Not With Bib

Id also suggest the vac-hanger. It gives me great fatigue and I wear it for 45 minutes twice a day while watching a TV show or playing my 360 and the time flies by. If you do get a vac hanger or max vac then do a search on wrapping with tape.

I’m using the silver theraband Bib provides.

I agree with Modesto that the internals are not being grabbed but rather the Bib is resting against inflated CC’s and glans.

Here is another question, after you attach the Bib Starter can you grab your glans and stretch them a bit further? What I mean to say is after everythings attached, can you still manage to extend your penis a bit further if you grab the glans and stretch outwards/downwards/whateverwards.

If so, and the Bib still gives you gains, then the stress it provides is only focused on a certain area of the penis and not its entire length.

I’ve tightened that bad boy down to where it’s squeezing my urethera which provides a sharp pain and I’ve played with various toe in’s and out’s. No I have it just right, much like my fist, where it slightly inflates the tissue in front of it and rests against it.

It’s just that I don’t feel that sore feeling when I apply weight. However I “can” feel that feeling if I just manually stretch my penis straight down.

Yes before the I couldn’t get the skin to stay in one spot, the skin was floating over the internals, but the Bib was staying on the portion of skin I attached it to.

Now if I attach it at the right spot the CC’s in front of it swells and voila. If they don’t swell that pubic hair region of skin sinks down and takes the heat, I don’t want to stretch that skin.

I’m just playing with the idea that a hanger that hangs with the penis fully extended instead of partially would be a lot more effective. I’m reading into the vac hanger today, has anyone tried the good ole’ fashion swimcap?

I’ve been playing with attachment for months but never did anymore sets beyond one of 20 minutes and no more weight then 2 1/2 lbs. I already have constructed my RSDT fulcrum and everythings ready to go. I finally believe after reading Modesto’s post and Blink2000’s Guide Thread that I have on correctly.

The baseball weights wouldn’t be a great stealth ads, although they may provide to be a fantastic stretch and fulcrum. I was also playing with the idea that you slide you penis through one or two rings depending on the size of the ring and attach a hanger device and presto you have your fulcrum and hanger. Since these baseball weights are larger they might be better suited for this idea.

Bugs i believe I have the same problem with the Redi-Stretcher. I am not doing a good job of having the hanger grab my internals and it just rests on my inflated CC and Glans. I have been experiencing a sharp pain in my urethra and have take a few days off. I am going to try the HTW.

If you can still stretch even after the hanger is attached and pulling, I suspect it’s the glans itself that is stretching. A properly applied Bib or other clamp-style hanger should push against the inflated shoulder of the distal CCs. It should not push against the glans. In fact, the glans can be quite flaccid. Remember that the glans has a separate blood supply from the CCs. Your CCs can be compressed while the glans is totally limp.

If you then pull on the glans, you get a different kind of stretch. Basically, you’re stressing the attachment of the glans to the distal CCs. But you’re also pulling on the CCs via the glans. This adds force to the overall hanging effect and tends to focus it along the direction you’re pulling. This can intensely target certain strands of your CCs.

It’s not that the hanger isn’t stretching the shaft over its full length. Rather, it’s that pulling on the glans changes the forces and focuses them on certain structures. Personally, I don’t know whether it’s fruitful to pull on the glans while hanging. The fact that you can feel a stretch doesn’t mean your dick will grow. But perhaps it’s worth a try.

Vacuum hangers are a whole other matter. They pull from the surface of the glans. Anything attached to the glans gets pulled as well. Vacuum hangers stress the distal ligament (that connects the glans to the CCs) as well as the CCs themselves. The effect is not exactly like what you get when you pull your glans with the Bib attached, but it is similar in some respects.

I personally love vacuum hangers. The only issue is blisters. It is possible to wrap to avoid them, however. I used to hang 12# for 3 hours at a time with my vacuum hanger, and I never got a blister.

I LOVE my Vac Hanger now. After I learned a little secret from Random Giant and Iron Addict about taping the glans with ouch-less paper tape. I can now hang forever with no problems. I have seen more progress in the last two weeks, then I have in the last year. I’m excited about PE again!

What sort of gains did you get vacuum hanging with 12 lbs at 3 hours ?

This is one of the structures you don’t want pressure on. Nerves, urethra, & your glans. As modesto man explained, pulling from your glans isn’t going to help you really; it’s just an injury risk. Sure a vacuum hanger will pull there mildly, but I think it’s a misconception that you need to pull from your glans to get gains. It’s not safe to pull from the glans because it’s not really part of the penile structure that you are trying to stress & grow with a hanger.

Hanging is meant to stress the main shaft where the erectile chambers are… Attaching a hanger from 1&1/4” behind your glans can give you gains just as well as a vacuum hanger can. Maybe a vacuum hanger can help you pull slightly more of your penis but it’s not going to make a difference in terms of how much you gain. The difference is comfort at the cost of blisters & less overall possible weight in the long run. Perhaps there’s an advantage of less need for rest time, as someone stated on this thread. Personally, I’m not claiming to know much about vacuum hanging, other than what I’ve read. All my hanging experience is with a Bib hanger.

Build a captains wench,your shaft will fill it work all the way down your lig. Mine works awesome and it only cost me around 20 bucks to build.

No gains to speak of, but I didn’t maintain that routine for long—only just a couple of weeks. Who knows what would have happened if I had kept that up …

Did you check your FSL? If you gained absolutely nothing there, I would be surprised. Not even a 1/16” FSL?

I can’t say for sure, Blink. If I did gain anything, it wasn’t above the noise floor.

If you did that for months consistently, I would be shocked if you still showed no progress. If you’re reaching fatigue consistently, I think there would be some progress, no matter how small. Especially with that kind of weight.. in my opinion that’s more than enough to have an effect, but I realize not everyone has the same physiology.
