I had this penis extender sheath which I took the inner silicone and placed coated lead instead, weights around 700 grams, at least 8 hours a day but I also do hanging sets, 2 to 5 sets per day, depending in privacy. It’s like a low stress low vac hanger.
2 pumping sets 5 min each (if possible everyday but I can go up to 3 days without). And wear a penis sheath at night which fits my while length so it is extended at night too (not every day but I try) and I must add: the sheath at night is not constrictive, but it has thick walls so it pretty much keeps it’s shape so vacuum keeps glans in place (leave least air possible when putting on the thing). When erection fades it stays gently stretched so it heals that way and in no way mess with my erections because it’s not tight. So keep that in mind if you will attempt something like this. We want to have big dick, but also a working dick too.
Also do manuals, 3 to 5 minutes per day, really strong manual stretches.
Anyways, this approach from all angles have gotten me past plateau and every week the measurements jump. Particularly if I measure after 1 or 2 days off PE seems like things get relaxed or deinflamated and then I get the best length measurement.
Thing is, privacy helps a lot, you need stealthy ADS if you don’t have privacy.
