I hated the golfweights also, that’s what created the need for a better weight. They’ve truly become my best friends between heavy hanging sessions. No pinching and pressure. What a relief.

I think they’re the perfect newbie break-in weight before hanging with a wench, Bib, or CCH. Hang with a PEweight to get new flaccid length and get physically and mentally prepared for heavier stuff.

I think if a guy does it right he could hang PEweights for 2 to 3 months and then start with 5 lbs attached to a serious hanger and stay at that weight for another 3 to 4 months with maybe a pound or 2 increase over the period of a month or 2. See some good gains and stay under 10 lbs for perhaps a year with steady gains all the time. That is of course you don’t have ligs of steel or heal within 24 hours of a session. Either one nullifies the warranty.
