Is there any pictures of How to use the BIbStarter

You guys can call me stupid, But I got my Bib on the mail, and I have no idea, How to use it?, and where to put the Theraband?, and where to get the weigts? Any one in here can tell me PLEASE in plain English How You guys Use it?? thanxs. I read the website but didnt get it?? and Bib hanger has no phone number to call and explain, so I am really lost. sorry and Thanxs again. YellowPages77

I’ve had my “Starter” for about two weeks and it’s working supurbly, in fact, I just ordered a full size hanger cause I know that when I get stretched enough to use it, I’ll want to continue but hopefully at a geduced pressure for a given hang weight. All your questions are answered at the BIB Hanger web site under the heading “Product Guide”. Explicit drawings of the wrapping are shown @ Thunders Place under heading “Wrapping Drawings”
Theraband can be ordered from BIB or from one of the three sites noted at his “site”.. Best wishes for growth. As an aside, read as many of these wonderful posts in the Hangers Forum. These folks have varied and extensive experience, and it’s free. I’ve got a bad case of “red eye” from spending so much time in front of the computer. I’m of a fairly advanced age , and the idea that I may be able to improve substantially on what “mother nature” gave me has got me so “stoked” I can hardly stand it. It’ll take you a couple of days to get theraband , so read-read-read.
