I've been doing it wrong
Hey guys, I’ve started posting more recently but wanted to make a post to update.
I’ve done a lot of reading tonight re wrapping, the Vac Hanger II, weight, duration and the length of the sheath. After several search attempts I found the appropriate threads and have completely changed my routine.
I’ve come down from 4Kg to 2Kg but then tried 3Kg and can now, very comfortably hang for 4 hours with no wrap (with short breaks). I’ve also made the sheath as short as possible and I feel as though I’m still getting a very good stretch with no skin tug in the pubic bone region.
I’m using an infra red lamp for warm up and re-apply periodically during the session.
I just wanted to post this for any other newbies that are struggling with the vac hanger II. Pressure on the head and wrapping has been an issue for me over the last few weeks but I got it right tonight.. At last. Also, I find it better to squeeze air out manually rather than sucking it out with the tube. I guess we’re all different.
Happy PE guys. I’m going to stick with this for a month and see what, if any, the gains are.
