Just fatique, or totally fatiqued?

I have had one time that I hung for 3,5 hours hangtime. In the last set I had downed the weight until 1 kilo. Even the one kilo was too much, so I had to stop. It was a great workout. Totally Fatiqued.

Do you always have to go as far until it is impossible to hang more?
At the moment it is getting difficult to reach total fatigue. For example now I have already hung 2 hours and 40 minuten. I do feel fatique now, but not totally fatique. I begin with 3,5 kilo, now I am getting difficulty with 2 kilo.

I am thinking; is it enough to stop now. Or should I further until I can’t go any farther with one kilo. What do you think?

Are you hanging that many hours each day? I am only spending about 70 minutes a day on hanging. I think that you should back down on your hanging time. Let me know how you are doing.

My internship has begun, so I haven’t got much time to hang anymore. I go for an hour to 90 minute’s a day now.

I am in my sixth week of hanging and haven’t seen any real gains. Although after my month break and two weeks the newbie routine I had an .7 cm gain.

Last week I measured an extra 2 mm, but haven’t seen that one back. Maybe I did overdo it.

I am taking a break at 17 februari. I noticed that most of my gains always came in the first two months when Pe’ing.

Than I will start with a few weeks with the newbie routine followed by hanging SD and BTC.

After my break I will start fulcrum hanging.
