Your going to love the LG hanger. I have made elastic bands and a leg strap for under the knee.
I can wear it for hours this way. I hang in the mornings and use my tension stretcher set up at night.
One positive I can see from this type of hanger is there won’t be any skin stretching for uncut guys since it attaches to the glands. I would not buy though. Wench is working for me. Good luck.
Uncut guys got to cover their glans with the foreskin with the ” foreskin pullover method”. I have been messaging with the owner and he says the stretch is good. However I have always doubted how is possible that the internals get the stretch if you don’t retract the foreskin. I got a PDF that explain how to wrap with the LG being either cut or uncut. If anybody wants it let me know.

I finally ordered up a LD hanger. I’ve done time with a captians wrench and BIb, but this is a new animal.
If it truly allows unintrupted hour plus, moderate weight hanging, I look forward to logging some decent hours.

Did you like the new hanger you ordered? I’m trying monkeybar’s vachanger, using lighter weight (10 lbs) and extended sets (up to an hour). I try to do 4 sets a day, using an ADS in between sets. It seems that you can stretch the ligs and the tunica either with more weight or longer sets. The less weight/longer sets approach is working for me.
so far so good - hard to find the time - wife and kids are always round - even stealthy hanging is sometimes hard. but I’ll keep at it.

I’m uncut and been trying to tape for the glands exposed but by the end of the session the foreskin is largely pulled forward. How can I best wrap for uncut?

I have been taping and wrapping to fully expose glands however by the end of the session the foreskin is pulled forward. I’m reluctant to wrap with foreskin pulled over the glands as this seems as though it might be less effective at stretching the penis and more focus on stretching the skin? Any help very much appreciated.
