I need your advice please:
I know you’re not a hanger, but I use Lg hanger.. Before adding the weight, I just pump at MAXIMUM HG for just one second only then release.. I repeat it maybe 3 times.. Then when I hang, I hang normally at 5 Hg.. Is what I do is dangerous and caused for me a permanent injury? And How I know that I have injured myself?
* I do this technique( of pumping the head at maximum Hg) for a year.
