Lg Sleeve With Bib Starter

Anyone use a sleeve with bib starter? I purchased some sleeves to see how it may work with bib starter.


Goal 7.5 x 6.5

Start 4/22 6 x 5.25 BG

Current 11/22 6 x 5.5 BG 4-7/8" MG

How much weight are you hanging? You may be fine right now; however, as you increase weight, you may need to switch to just Theraband.

Thera will mold better with the hanger’s teeth and the sides of your penis. Be careful, you may be doing more skin stretch than ligament stress if the internals of the penis aren’t being grasped.

I’ve tretched a lot of skin. I went tight as well. Bib said it was technique. I e hung up to 31 lbs a few sets a day before reducing weight, for months on end. 0.3 inch length gain in four years, 1500 hours

1500 hours for not even a half inch is rough, I am sorry.

Was your attachment already low and didn’t have much room for ligament gains?

Or maybe you went up too much weight and the ligaments just got stronger and couldn’t deform?

These are my two guesses, what do you think is the reason for the little gains?

I’m sure you’re hip to fatigue. You said you hang a couple sets/day. Bump that up to 3 sets and there’s your 1500 hrs in 4 years but if those hours haven’t been in fatigue, you’re not doing what needs to be done. My experience is that you need to hang in fatigue at least 10 hours/week. For me that’s a minimum of 5-6 sets/day as I can reach fatigue by that second set and that’s on days when I’m pressed to do things I can’t do with weights hanging on my dick.

Right now I hang first set in the low 20s. If I don’t get that lovin’ feeling(oncoming fatigue) by halfway or so through, I’ll add weight. I try not to need more keeping in mind Bib’s adage that we want longer dicks, not stronger ones. I push right up against feeling uncomfortable. Some days when I can get in a lot of sets, I’m down to 5 lbs for the last set or two. And the next day, I don’t need to go heavy to start.

If you have the persistence to go 4 years with those results, slowly work up to 12-14 hrs/wk(my usual) in fatigue. If 31 lbs first set isn’t getting you there, you should stop heavy weights for a while as that is a lot of weight.

I agree. No reason to be sorry, it is what it is.

No attachment point is still a 10-11 ,in my picture thread on Bib forum, been there since Feb 2020, untill Jan is when I quit the four to five, twenty mins sets a day, after Bib said I was getting atta hmwnt point fatigue and not overall penis fatigue. All I know was my penis was feeling intense,hanging for ovwr three years with the bib starter. I did not count the many hours it took to learn to wrap, hanger adjustment. Many times I’d take wrap off and start over. 1000 hours with Bib starter and made zero length gains for three years consistently. Before that hung 509 hours with another hanger and that’s where I gained one fourth an inch.

Yes maybe I increased weight too much. It’s possible

I honestly don’t know. Currently I bought an extender, been using bathmate before extender bc bigger head makes extending easier. Was vacuum hanging but sleeve has holes and won’t hold.

I keep at it .
