I’ve kept fairly detailed records and posted them in the Progress Reports forum. Here’s a link for you. I’ve also kept a photo log which is in the Member’s Pics forum. For quick access clickhere.

So far I’ve gained just under 1.5” and hope to reach the 2” (7”:) )mark in 2-4 months. For me, intense is about 15-20 hours per week.
