lings Burning + Time ft. Sets Vs. Weight

I have Four questions you may help me up.
I started to hang two days ago. On the first day I hanged 3 sets of 10min with 10min break and using 4.4 pounds. I hanged straight down on all sets in the first day. On the sencond day the same time and the same weight, but I hanged BTC on the second and on third set.
1) I felt my ligs burning as hell when I hanged BTC. Is this normal?
2) What should I increase first? Time of Hanging, Sets or Weight?
3) My lot is 7:30. Should I hang BTC only, until my lot drops to 7:00?
