I greet to all the hangers,

I have Four questions you may help me up.

I started to hang two days ago. On the first day I hanged 3 sets of 10min with 10min break and using 4.4 pounds. I hanged straight down on all sets in the first day. On the sencond day the same time and the same weight, but I hanged BTC on the second and on third set.

1) I felt my ligs burning as hell when I hanged BTC. Is this normal?

2) What should I increase first? Time of Hanging, Sets or Weight?

3) My lot is 7:30. Should I hang BTC only, until my lot drops to 7:00?

PS: wraping was a piece cake for this uncut.

When you said “burning as hell”,my first thought is you are stretching skin,which will cause a burning sensation. Nothing bad with stretching the skin, if it is needed and you are attaching the hanger right. Skin stretching is my most hated part of hanging,but it has to be done from time to time.

Hang all the time you can,then go a couple of weeks and see if you can add weight. In general, time is more of a gain factor than weight.

According to the LOT theory, you probably should switch to upper positions,but I wouldn’t worry too much about it right now, get a “feel” for the hanger. You are new and I am assuming you are using the production Bib, so experiment with it and try different things until you find that the hanger feels more like your hand on your penis, rather than a hanger.

As Alice said, its probably the skin stretching that you are feeling.But if it was your ligs, then yes this is what we are aiming for.

Try to increase the time of each set upto 20 minutes, then increase your total time hanging (try to aim for 10 hours per week).If after all of that you are not hanging at fatigue, increase weight. I agree with Alice, time is the most critical factor in hanging.

Many people would advise you to hang at the upper angles straight away due to your low LOT. I would give BTC a go and see what happens.
I’m also uncut and when I started hanging, I also could not see all the fuss about wrapping and being uncut. It was, as you say, a piece of cake….until you increase the weight!!
When you start hanging over 7 pounds, you will see the importance of wrapping!

OTS hanging

I have been hanging 3 sets of 15 min with 2kg(4.4 pounds) 2 times a day(BTC only). I want to try OTS.

How much weight should I use hanging OTS?

how many sets should I hang OTS? should I use 3kg(6.6 pounds)?

Sorry but I have to ask this question. What does BTC and OTS mean? I can’t seem to find the meanings to those. I want to start hanging but I want to be sure of all the methods, suggestions etc..

BTC=Between The Cheeks

OTS=Over The Shoulder

SO=Straight Out

SD=Straight Down

OTL=Over the Leg

UTL=Under The Leg

Just try hanging with the same weight as you would normally use. If you find its not enough in a week or two, increase the weight.
