Maintenance sets?
What do you define as maintenance sets?
This is a topic that seems to be covered very little or glossed over in the PE forums. Was wondering what you would consider maintenance sets?
Is one or two sets sufficient?
Lets say you have achieved what seems to be max lig stretch and you are considering changing to tunica work. Do you do 1-2 sets of maintenance for the ligs and then dedicate the rest of your sets to tunica work?
Or
Lets say you have achieved your goals and just want to keep your gains. Do you just do a few sets a day??
Anybody want to chime in?
