More Weight VS More Sets

Pain?

Having more sets at 15lbs may be better?

Why are you experiencing pain? Please elaborate……

I made the post below without ever having made any real gains through PE myself.

For the past year I was just messing around with anywhere from 1.25lbs to 7lbs with a vac hanger for a couple hours every day.

Didn’t experience any gains.

The past couple weeks I’ve started compression hanging and focusing on feeling a legitimate strain/stress/fatigue. I’m up to 27.5lbs although sometimes I have to drop that for a bit when fatigue is too much. And I’m only doing one set per day. I tried multiple sets, but it immediately caused retraction and turtling. So I’m sticking with one set per day and just trying to absolutely torch my penis during that one set. I make sure to have a long slow warm up, slowly going from 2.5lbs up to my max weight, increasing by 2.5lbs every 30-60 seconds, and after my set is over I do light manual stretching and apply a heat blanket while elongated to promote recovery, increase blood flow, and prevent turtling.

So far, it looks like it’s actually causing real changes.

The penis muscles, if you even want to call them muscles, need to be stretched out for long periods of time. It is during the time they are being stretched that the growth will occur. This is different than training other muscles, like your biceps, which actually grow while your outside the gym. Smooth muscle tissue is different.

Before moving up in weight, make sure you are going for the full length you possibly can.

If you are able to hang all day, then hang all day.

Just dont sacrifice your work efficiency, mental health, or relationships for it.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by “real changes”?

Flaccid or erect? How much have you gained to document it as “real changes”?

Bump did this one set at max weight work out and what did you gain, if anything?
