Moving Forward
If I’m making slight gains at a certain weight/time but I still want to move forward, is it a better idea to add time or weight for more workload. My guess would be time because I think I saw something about an optimal time being 1.5 hours based on experience. BTW, I’m doing 10/12.5 lb for 45 min 5 times per week and I’ve been hanging for about 3 weeks or so.
