My Quest for big

This is my routine
15 minutes of warming up of the pubic area
20 minutes of Jelqing 5 times a day
10 minutes of stretches 5 times a day
5 minutes rest period stretches,Jelqing
3-20 minutes hanging with 15 lbs
5 minutes rest period
3-10 minutes with 20 lbs
5 minutes rest period
2-10 minutes with 25 lbs

I leave the hanger on while I go through my stretches, this is where I use the rope attached to a hook or
door knob to get a SO stretch, then a 90 degree stretch to the right and a 90 degree stretch to the left. Then
I step over the rope and stretch BTC. All of this takes 15 minutes. then I remove the hanger, then I wet Jelq for 5 minutes.
Then I have a cool down period with a cold cloth applied for 10 minutes. My schedule is 5 days on and 2 days off,this will be mixed up during the week.

Nice. I’m gonna start a new routine. I can’t seem to understand hanging yet tho. I would like to start really bad because I want to gain another inch in length. I looked at the Capt’s wrench and it looked official. What do you suggest. It would be awesome to make as much gains as you did .

That is what I started out with and didn’t really like it so I made a hanger myself, which I use all the time. This hanger that I have can hold 75 lbs plus in which I have gotten up to right now.

Great routine Dustpan. I have to try it one day. In total how long does it take to do it.

Hi how are you? Haven’t talked to you for awhile. It generally takes almost 2 hrs for each session. So through out the day its about 8 hrs that I am working out.

Hi there, Man! What a routine! No wonder you are having such awesome gains. Between my job / kids / chores etc, I have very little time. I find that shock routines are working for me nicely though. I Hang for 20 mins and then stretch through the day, the next day I might do some low pressure pumping and jelqing. But only after the wife and kids are lights out!

That’s a lot. You may overtrain.

Wow your girth gains are really good, do you clamp or are all your girth gains from jelqing.

The girth gains are mainly from Jelqing and some clamping over the last 1.1/2 years

Your routine.

You said you span out your workout throughout the day, do you warm up before each time or what? And did you mean a 5 min break between the 20 min jelq and 10 min stretch or do you jelq 5 times with 5 min breaks in between then stretch 5 times with 5 min breaks?
