Yes it is possible to achieve gains without an ADS but in those cases there is an inordinate amount of daily consistency and frequency of routine which circumvents the need for an ADS. For the rest of us daily life will interfere with routine consistency or timely routine application.
There are two pitfalls that will mess up gain progress that affect all of us, one is a period of time where distractions keep us from our routines, and when enough time lapses the body is going to complete a healing cycle and repair what trauma it finds and in so doing it will strengthen that area disabling us from progressing without applying inordinate stresses to start the lengthening again. The second condition is when our routines are too far apart to disallow the healing process and we find that progress is not only very slow if any to none at all. This is when frustration sets in because we believe we’re doing everything right but it isn’t working. This is why for a Beginner there will be exciting progress and then in a short period of time there is just enough of the bodies healing process that builds up tissue strengthening that gains drop off until there is none. That initial amount of gains is great and very encouraging but if the routine is not frequent enough then that initial progress will wain.
An ADS prevents both of the above predicaments because it keeps disturbing the healing process at continuous intervals throughout the day or days between hanging sessions. This is why African tribes people find success in lengthening the necks of the women by application of rings around the neck. Constant ADS. Penis’s are a little different in that they tend to enlarge and get bigger with engorgement on occasion so unlike a neck which doesn’t do that the ADS needs to be removed.
Another phenomena that must be considered here is what happens when the penis experiences excessive trauma. When this occurs, usually due to our impatience, the response from those damaged tissues is to draw up into a tightened condition I call the regressive state. This regression is part of the 1st phase of the healing process. When that happens and nothing is done to preserve the elongated condition the stretch achieved then the bodies reaction to that is to heal that trauma in that condition or state. If you don’t maintain the stretch achieved from whatever stress was applied the result will be a negative one in that you will be fighting the new tension to stretch to where you started out. Most guys have experienced this. Time is of the essence. If enough time is allowed to pass without doing something to return to the stretched condition then what was gained will be lost. Most of us don’t have the time to sit around all day and reapply stretching, hanging, whatever to keep those tissues where we had them when progress was made. This is where the ADS does it’s work for us.
