I don’t do all my hanging sets at once. I think it’s cumulative stress that works. In my opinion, fatigue is fatigue. The night sets are actually more challenging because it’s been pre worked already from the morning PE. The stretch feel on left i think is normal. That’s also how i felt starting. When you do straight out, you’d feel the lig pull on top of base. Try an experiment and pull your dick north, south, east and west, around the world with your hand. As you try different hanging positions that’s what it’s pulling. I don’t believe it’s equally relevant to try to pull in every direction or put equal time on each position. I don’t have evidences, these are all theories. Some guys have more success on heavier weight, some have on lower longer weight, some stalls after staying on one position. Some guys make progress after switching routine or combination of routines (stretching, Jelqing, etc). I think what matters is staying on a routine long enough to accumulate fatigue and promote growth. I’m using both hookes law and hypertrophy principle as my guidance on this. On average of guys who posts here, i find that 2 years is the mean, and there’s guys who don’t see anything after 5 years. That’s a really long time and consistent effort but our dicks are not made of metal. We’re not subjecting it to the type of heat that would destroy it. So two weeks is not two weeks. I’ve been hanging 3 months now, no length gains, only girth gains. When i added the actual hours i hang that last 3 months, it wasn’t even totalling 40 hours yet. So if I follow the PPM theory, I have to be patient. Hanging is not a full time career. But 2 years, 6 years is nothing if that meant i reach my goal. I am still young enough. Id rather be a hung grampa. Right? Hang in there! LOL
