I will try to explain it as accurate as I can step by step.
*Its require some penis and height ratio.
1. Warm up.
2. Stretching the penis as much as I can under the sack and between the balls and put the penis between the ass cheeks [Similar to BTC but you want it to be more to the back/ass side of the cheeks close to the ass hole I guess].
*Can also perform from the side of the sack I think its more comfortable but I have feeling [Maybe in my head] that’s its making my penis turn to the chosen side.
3. You sit on the middle/front of comfortable and soft chair [You can probably put towel or something if you don’t have].
4. You push the genital area to the front while pushing the upper body to the back. [I don’t know how to explain this part properly but I’m sure if you will do few movements you will feel the stretch].
