No,I use the auto extender sleeve with both weights taped together and hang 3 to 4 hours on the weekends and then strap the penis master pro on for 4 hours at medium tension. During the week I am starting to use a little more weight and slowly increasing it I stretch and use heat and jelq in between for 15 or 20 min. And use the bath mate for 15 min Monday Wednesday’s and Fri (repeat). Thanks for responding new here.

Cool sounds like a good routine you are on at the moment.

I am not sure how your hanging set up is working, You are wearing the auto extender sleeve with weights taped either side of the silicone sleeve? Would you post a photo of this in the members forum, as it doesnt sound quite right. Maybe you should invest in a hanging vacuum cup, seeing as you already have the autosleeve.

Also how are you using heat?

Extender use and bathmate use sound, if you are getting four hours a day should be sufficient for starting

How do I post a picture there? I’ve been doing pe for 2 1/2 years. I tape the two weights on top of each other,put a 2 1/2 inch piece of sleeve on the cap of the weights roll it down to the top of the weights. Push my unit with the skin pulled back and roll the sleeve up my shaft about 2 inches and and hang doing yard work or what have you. Then after hanging for 3 to 4 hours I put the anti turtle sleeve on from ab silicone to keep me extended. I’m never not extended unless I’m sleeping or in the extender. I’ll put a pic up just tell me how .Thanks for ur feed back.

Did u see the weights and sleeves in the pic?Did that give u more of a understanding of how I was doing it? I think I put a pic up to.
