Pain while attaching/adjusting/tightening the hanger
The most troublesome and time consuming part of my hanging sessions is when I’m attaching the hanger and tightening it. This would take me like over half an hour because while I’m tightening the hanger, I feel pain, and because I don’t know how much to tighten, I tighten it all the way to ensure the hanger is gripping the shaft properly. But once the hanger is attached, I’m all good to go, then after that there is no pain. After each set, I have no problem, unscrewing the device and re-tightening it again, so the problem lies in the initial stages of the attachment. So what I want to know is, is this normal? Does everyone has to go through this trouble and pain while attaching the hanger, or is there a way to minimize the pain? I do a 5 minute warm-up before I wrap, but I hate tightening the hanger part as it hurts and takes such a long time to tighten it. Any advice and suggestions?
