May I ask you what your size now after 20 years?

Not sure who you’re asking, I don’t recall if anyone said they have been hanging for 20 years.

I’m asking you mr. Schlong I didin’t mean anyone have been hanging for 20 years, I was asking what is your total gains or what your updated size I don’t know if I shouldn’t asking this but if you want to answer it’s ok and I wish the best for you, I just want to ask someone peing long time ago to see something from the future and sorry if I said wrong words

I actually took off about 9 years after I made my gains. I got as far as 7.5 inches in BPEL and stopped. I maintained most of those gains until around late 2022 when my testosterone tanked and I lost that length and girth. I got down to about 6.75 inches, maybe even 6.5 inches and my girth was around 4.75 - 5 inches. I started hanging again and am back up to roughly 7 inches. Haven’t really measured girth. Regaining was pretty easy but I attribute my major loss to the low testosterone.

Currently I’m waiting on my Best Extender to get here and will be experimenting with FIR to see if I can’t get back to my goal of 8 x 6.

Good luck mr. Schlong you can regain fast and gain this extra 0.5 in next six monthes,, I have one more question for you please do you think anybody can reach more than 2.5 inshes gains

There is Bigger Is Better (Bib, creator of the Bib hanger) who boasts gains somewhere around 4+” and there is Double Long Daddy (DLD) who allegedly gained quite a bit over, over 3”, maybe even more, so there are some people. On eBay there are PMP glans chambers that are larger. I bought the original Peni master, but it didn’t fit my glans very well. Now that I’ve been using over sized vac hangers from eBay my glans has gotten bigger. I really miss the ease of use on my peni master system, so I ordered the XL chamber from eBay. (for some reason the penimaster official site does not carry these larger sizes)

Wow, those are identical, price and design. It doesn’t come with the pump though. I found WAY cheaper Chinese knockoff and it works just as well. Is it as cool? Nah, but it does the job and that’s all I care about. Thanks for the link though!

I now know exactly what you’re talking about. The penis is being stretched so tight that the skin tore. Fortunately mine didn’t tear, but it sure felt like it would in certain places.
