Pull at only one side while hangin?
Hey guys,
I’ve been hanging for only 2 weeks so far in a hope to break my length plateau. I started with 5lbs 3 times a day at 20 mins each. As i felt i could handle that easily i began to up my weight gradually. I am now at 10lbs and think i’ll stay at this weight for a month or maybe more. Anyway my problem is i feel the stretch from my left ligament only and a little in the centre, it seems like all the wight is going on that one lig. There doesnt seem to be any twisting going on either.
Could this be a wrapping issue? or perhaps a skin stretch. Any ideas you could offer me would be great.
