Question about Fatigue and Glans during Hanging

1” behind the glans is wrong/off — you’re supposed to start 1.25” behind the coronal ridge of the glans. That’s half your problem. I already explained that above. The 1” behind the glans thing comes from a 10 year old post, its wrong. Go read Bib’s forum maybe, that will get you up to date.

The first 2 weeks of hanging is a skin stretch. That’s how its supposed to be. I mentioned the skin stretch above too.

There’s other uncut guys that have posted here or on Bib’s forum. I suggest you look at their wrap techniques, etc. I’m cut, so I can’t advise much more, sorry.

What About The Foreskin, When I Pull Foreskin Back Do I Trap It Under The First Wrap With 1 1/2 Inch Gap Between The Glands.

I Am Trying A 2 1/2 Inch Wide Wrap Now.

Start with less weight then.

You are moving up in weight way too fast, this is all you need at this stage

Start over at 2.5 lbs and if you are doing more than 11 hours per week and feel fatigue is wearing thin add 1 lb max and only increase after 1 week


Start 6.5 bpel 5.75 eg Current bpel 7.0 eg 6.75 (7.0eg base) Goal bpel 7.25 eg 7.0 mid shaft

I HAVE been increasing slightly, it’s probably the wrap as I am un cut! I have been pulling foreskin right back and wrapping more than an inch past the coronal ridge and on top trapping the edge of foreskin I have just pulled back.

I am now being told if you are un cut this is incorrect, I am told you pull foreskin back just as far as the gland and wrap just behind it, I will try this when things calm down as I am a bit red n swollen at present.

If this don’t work even with a light weight that’s the end of hanging for me!

I have another question and I thought I would bump this thread instead of making a new one. Does anybody get a mark towards the base of their shaft after several sets of hanging? I’m using a wench and doing 3 sets per day, and after I’m done I see a redish ring towards the base were the bottom of the wench was.

The next day the ring is gone, but I’m not sure if this could lead to some long term discoloration ring. Does anybody else experience this?

Based on what you said, you need to drop the weight. You need to stop worrying about the amount of weight, and start paying attention to what your body is telling you.

If you're red & swollen you're pushing too hard. Isn't that obvious? Drop the weight, increase more slowly. You need to be patient & exercise some common sense.

You insist you’re doing it right, but your body is telling you otherwise.
