question for BIB and other hangers

question for BIB and other hangers

I just started using the BIB hanger this week… great product… I’m started with 5lbs BTC and about 1 hour hanging time split into 15 minute sessions(I’m going to add one or two pounds a week until I find my max). My question is… would you recommend a few days rest every week or do you think it would be better to attack, attack, attack the ligs… not overdoing it, but constantly(daily hanging) so they never become to strong from a long break and thus making it harder to get gains. Any advice would be appreciated. I searched this board and the PE forums for an answer but couldn’t find one. I didn’t want to pose a question you may have already answered. Also, if someone could post a link to BIB’s progress report (someone made a log after BIB posted his gains over the years) I would greatly appreciate. Again, thanks for the replies advice. I love this site!

No. Let your body tell you when it is time for a break. When the fatigue/soreness is enough that you cannot hang one half your max, or you just do not feel like you can hang, then take at least a day off.

Be sure you set the drop down box to show all posts from “the begining”. You should find a lot of posts on fatigue and stresses and what to look for and avoid.

I posted my month to month results in this section also, but the “old” nineteen month post is in Thunders archive. The link is at the bottom of the first page.

thanks BIB
