question for BIB and other hangers
I just started using the BIB hanger this week… great product… I’m started with 5lbs BTC and about 1 hour hanging time split into 15 minute sessions(I’m going to add one or two pounds a week until I find my max). My question is… would you recommend a few days rest every week or do you think it would be better to attack, attack, attack the ligs… not overdoing it, but constantly(daily hanging) so they never become to strong from a long break and thus making it harder to get gains. Any advice would be appreciated. I searched this board and the PE forums for an answer but couldn’t find one. I didn’t want to pose a question you may have already answered. Also, if someone could post a link to BIB’s progress report (someone made a log after BIB posted his gains over the years) I would greatly appreciate. Again, thanks for the replies advice.
