1. Is it normal to see girth gains before length gains? I have zero length gains but massive girth gains. I have used a penis pump + heat etc.(in the past, I don’t use one now) and it was never permanent. Next morning it would be gone. With vachanger I am getting girth gains big time but no length gains at all. These girth gains remain. They don’t disappear like pumping. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

2. If I wanted to use heat while hanging how can I do this? I have a pad but there is no way I can attach a pad to it without disrupting things.

I love my vachanger but my penis is getting as wide as it is long so if length gains don’t come I may have to use something else.

If you have a vachanger , tips will be appreciated.

How much weight and how long where you hanging each day ?

I just spent 4 months vac hanging and I got no girth just about 1/4” length, an hour a day.
I used an IR lamp for heat.

Is that 1/4” “newbie gains” or are you already gained experienced?

I hang max. 5 pounds @ 2-3 hrs. A day. No heat. Haven’t figured out how to do it yet with heat.

Just my opinion.

You are getting a good amount of time. Now start building up the weight. Just increase a little bit each week. Many people don’t start seeing length gains until well beyond 10 lbs. Just don’t go crazy. Add a little bit every week only. If your body is telling you something is wrong, then dial it back

Are you new to PE? Dicks respond differently and strangely to PE starting out. Some guys get girth, some get length, and some lucky mo’fos get both straight away. I know people have gotten girth from hanging before, but usually it is compression hangers. I use the vachanger and got length gains. My dick also “looks” thicker from the vachanger but never appearing in the measurements so it must just be fluid retention.

I would say keep hanging, keep increasing the weight if you are not feeling fatigue. Are you getting fatigue etc from it?

To be honest I don’t know if I am fatigued or not. I don’t know what I should be feeling.

I am going to bump up the weight to 7.5 lbs as 5 lbs seems easy. However, I am worried because I hear complaints about vachanger and higher weights. I am terrified of blisters. How much weight did you go using just the cone?

I’m also going to add heat. Probably buy a heating lamp or something like that.

If your dick feels sore and you feel like you can barely get through a full hour long set, then you are reaching fatigue. You will want to increase the weight or take it off before your set is finished.

5 to 7.5 lbs is a bit of a massive jump. Could I recommend increasing weight by 1 lbs at a time maximum a week? When you start to feel that it is getting heavier, 0.5 lbs increases are more suitable. I went up to 14 lbs with the vachanger, but only up to 11 lbs with the vacuum cone alone. Around the 10-11 lbs mark is where the vacuum cone starts slipping for me. I never got one blister while hanging with the vac hanger because of progressing slowly, reading my body, and proper wrapping methods.

How do you wear the vachanger? Do you wrap the glans with tape?

I use water in the vachanger instead of trying to compress my glans with material. A little bit of water works amazingly at preventing blisters. You add a little water into the VH then put it on and suck the water out though the hose creating a tight seal. As you add weight the water prevents the increasing vacuum pressure from causing blisters and edema.
