I’ve been hanging for 4 months now with the Bib starter, at the lowest weight possible with my max at 12 lbs. I reached that max 2 weeks ago, could last 2 sets @ 20 minutes with no problem at some point. I’m now hanging 11 sets per day, and getting to a point where I can’t start all my first sets at 12 pounds, and now have to rapidly go back to 8 lbs on the first set, or 6 lbs on the 2nd/3rd set. All subsequent sets are at 4.5 lbs now after the 4rd set, which is about the max pulling force you’ll find in an extender. So for the past week, I could barely sustain my max of 12 lbs for the first set and had to go back to 6 lbs for 8+ sets.

I have a concern, is this part of the ‘managing fatigue’ process? Is this what a hanging routine looks like for let’s say 1 year? Or a rest day is necessary to go back to my max and gradually decreasing weight for next sets. When looking at extender practicioners, they go at 2-5 lbs for 8+ hours a day. I know that when hanging I’m still felling fatigue at 5 lbs, but it just feels dumb and counterproductive at this point. It feels like my new max weight is 8 lbs, that I feel pain more and more fast, but I’m fighting against the fatigue.

I’ve been hanging for over a year now. It’s been quite a regimen, with jelqing and hanging in sets. I found I couldn’t do both. I can either jelq or hang, but not both without having sever pain and unable to get oral from my wife.
I have now decided to mostly hang and clamp from time to time. I hang 3-4 sets a day of 8 lbs.
I went from 6”L to 7.5”L.
Also, when I hang and then have sex, my penis is super sensitive (In a good way) right below the glans.
Making getting head a heavenly experience.

I use a zen hanger and have so since day 1. Occasionally I will hang with 16lbs, but that is only if I know I’m getting laid fairly soon afterwards. The extra weight increases sensitivity.

If you’re experiencing major fatigue, you should back off. It’s your body’s way of telling you to stop. Though, I think all hanging does have some sort of pain, I don’t push too hard. Besides, I’ve seen great gains doing consistent moderate weight, even if I stay at 7.5”, I’d be ok with that.

Bib usually says you should ride out the fatigue to be honest with you but if your not sure then you can ask him on his website he provides some great information I’m currently on there as well further more if your hanging and having to reduce weights its all good it just means your doing a good job bib says that once you reach fatigue or are sore its a good sign as it shows that you will make significant gains. I myself am having a bit of a problem with the wrapping part and I’m trying to figure out how to ensure all the blood it out of the tip as I’m hanging like 6kg if anyone can advise me on how to wrap properly that would be great I’ve asked bib however he only uses theraband to wrap not cloth so I’m at a bit of a loss

Overall I’ve noted that you want to feel sore and that you want to feel like a bit of a stretch so as to create micro tears if I recall correctly

I also have the zen hanger as well if I’m correct the noose I’m using it however I don’t know how to ensure that it doesn’t slide of I found that I can only hang like small amounts of weights like 2.5kg which if done correctly I can feel sore lol. However I want to move up in weight class so I can feel the stretch

I am able to hold 7.25kg on my penis with the zen hanger. The wrap I’m using is a fairly thin neoprene sleeve. I hang with the weight sitting between my legs. I can do it standing too, but I get the best stretch sitting due to the angle.
Again, when I first started, my goal was to get up to hanging with 20 lbs, or around 9kg, but I’ve dialed it back and I’m now completely content with 8 lbs, or around 4kg.

On my wrap, I used to have similar issues getting the weight to hold, but it rarely falls off now.
I never pull the skin back around the glans. I place the wrap about 1/2 inch from the glans and put the noose on in the dead center on the wrap. So about 1 inch from the glans. Then I hook the weight in and hang for 20 minutes 3-4 times a day. Once I’m finished, I will give myself an erection for 3-5 minutes to get the blood flow back to my shaft and glans.

My goal is to get to 8 inches. Yet, I don’t know if I’ll ever stop hanging. So far these exercises have given me 1.5 inches in length and increased sensitivity to my penis.
