HANGING !!

Hey guys, I got my bib in today (original). Hung 4 sets at 20 minutes with 5 pounds BTC. I must say it takes a good bit of adjusting with the hanger itself and the wrap. I think I got the wrap down pretty good. From what it feels I need a slight toe out, I thought toe in would be for me, but it didn’t feel right at all toed in.

I’ve also noticed that my shaft that was wrapped gets all swollen when I take the hanger off, not like with fluid or anything just the girth is larger there than anywhere else, esp the base. Looks like a baseball bat somewhat. This happend to anyone else?

Also, I’m guess the hanger is supposed to sort of pull the skin down and bunch up at the head? I have it on pretty darn tight, and I pull it down with the hand that I tighten the wingnut with as I’m extending the head with my other hand. So what I’m saying is I stretch my penis by grabbing the head with one hand, and with the other I pull the bib (which is lightly tightened down onto the wrap) down as much as possible (this does not cause it to slip down, rather it pulls the skin and the wrap towards the base) then tighten the bib down a good bit. I then attach the weight and begin hanging. Can anyone spot some problems or something I might be doing incorrectly?? Thanks PE bros

The answer to your question depends upon several factors. Do you have the regular Bib or the starter? The regular Bib is fairly large. If your unit is, say six inches flaccid, the regular is 3 1/2 inches long. So, if you attach it fairly close to the base, it will slide toward the head. However, with only five pounds, it shouldn’t slide much if the hanger is tight enough. You should always re-tighten after attaching the weight. Also, if you are not completely flaccid when you put the hanger on, the shrinkage will cause the hanger to move. The best practice is to be completely flaccid, tighten the hanger, add the weight and then re-tighten. If you are continuing to put pressure on the head because the hanger is too close, you may want to consider the starter.

K here’s the deal, I’m at work, but when I go home I’ll measure my flaccid non bone pressed stretched lenght but I’m pretty sure it’s close to 7 inches. And I can’t see how it’s possible that the bib wouldn’t push some skin up to the head. Btw I’m placing the wrap about 1 inch behind the head and then putting the little thumbs in the big as close to the end of my wrap as possible. And just to clear it up, the bib is not slipping at all. The thera is doing a great job of grabbing onto my skin and the gel padding inside the bib. Btw what is the main purpose of the wrap anyways? Is that it; to bond to the bib and your skin? Thanks, sorry for all the questions.

IMHO the wrap performs two functions. First, it helps to reduce slippage and, second, it provides padding to protect the internal structures during compression. The hanger will always move a little. I am 7.5” ELBP and have a 8 1/4” flaccid stretch. However, I hang mostly with the starter because it gives me more flexibility in positioning. I use the starter for BTC and the regular Bib for straight out and over the legs. However, I tend to get fluid build-up under the glans from the regular Bib when hanging anything over 15 lbs. Other hangers have this same problem. As you go up in weight, it’s something to watch out for.

Havin just started hanging myself, I can assure you fluid build-up can be a problem with low weights too - its happened to me at least once daily for the past 3 days, hanging only 2kg each time. Still, its nothing to be discouraged by.

I must still be stretching skin. The skin up near my pubic bone is burnin pretty good. Also the skin on the top of my penis right near the base is very tight and also got a good burnin goin on. So I’m guessing that this burning is the dreaded skin stretch right? I’m on my 3rd 20 minute set with 5 pounds right now. I’ve done all my set BTC, can someone describe to me what it will feel like when the ligs start taking the stress? also if you could describe what “fatigued ligs” feel like I would appreciate it.

Sorry about missing this one. I don’t really know how the software works. Usually, I just look at the threads that are marked to show a new post. Obviously, sometimes there are ones that are not marked, but have new posts. I guess I need to keep up with the times.

Anyway, my biggest reason for wraping was to gather the skin, keep it out of the way, and to provide a solid septum for the hanger to attach to. Without wrap, my penis tended to try to ‘flow’ through the hanger.

Well, you will probably know it, especially if you have too much weight. Hehe. While the ligs are being stressed, it did not feel like anything I can describe. No pain etc., but sometimes a twinge. To be honest, it usually felt really good. Almost like the first stretch of the morning when you get out of bed.

That is easier. Sore, about like you feel after a heavy weights workout. No pain, but a good ache.

Maybe some other guys can give better descriptions.

Bigger

The cookie that marks posts read or unread was set for 20 minutes of inactivity ( no changing screens, posts, threads, etc.) before it changes all unread posts to read. I kicked it up to 40 minutes. It has caught me in the last couple of weeks also.
